We have taken our 100 and some odd pound Rottweiler out on several walks now with ease! I’m so glad I pulled the trigger and tried this harness! It really does give you the control and confidence needed to walk an extra large dog 😂

I can’t say enough great things about the DUO 'DIRECT' No Pull Dog Harness! It’s thoughtfully designed with both comfort and durability in mind. The material is sturdy yet soft so that it doesn’t rub or irritate my dog’s skin. I use it for both long walks and hikes. The fit is fantastic and my dog feels very secure in it without being restrictive. Additionally the clips are very sleek looking. It’s clear that this harness was created my people who truly understand real-world dog owners!

We have a 2 yo yellow lab named Sunny. He is the most anxious dog and is scared of everything. When we would walk him, he would pull us around the block so he could get home and hide under the bed. The duo gear direct no pull harness is such a game changer. The harness exerts gentle pressure around his torso when he pulls, and it is some kind of magical force that CALMS him down. Now he walks without pulling, and he seems to really enjoy walking with us now. The harness is also very very high quality. It is worth every penny! We have a 7 month old English Mastiff who’s growing, growing, growing. I’ve tried a ton of different harnesses as he’s continued to blossom. Lately though, I haven’t been able to walk him by myself because he’d “sled pull” me for the first 10 minutes. I ordered this harness and WOW! It’s perfect for him. I can now walk him on my own and it allows us to continue practicing “leash walking” without him pulling me all over the place! Highly recommend if you have a giant breed puppy.

I had to return the XL for a large. Duo has seen veryhelpful in the return. The quality of the harness was great. Can’t wait get the right size to test it out. Hope they ask for a review after I have been able to use the product.

Walking my 86 pound lab has been a tug of war challenge for the last two years. The Duo harness actually makes the walk enjoyable, works as advertised. No pulling without choking the dog. Harness is well made and easy to adjust . Customer service was very good when I had questions on adjusting harness for optimum control. After trying over 10 different harnesses over the last two years , this is the one !

Your harnesses have been a godsend with our giant breed rescues. They make a 180 pound dog, known to haul 2,000 pound carts, easily managed by my 120 pound Wife.

I purchased the Duo Direct No-Pull harness and I could not be more pleased. We have a reactive dog (Aspen) and have been through pinch collars, e-collars, and so on. There is no perfect fix BUT out of all the products that we have used the Duo Direct harness has been hands down our best choice. It gives our dog a much more comfortable experience and allows us the ability to easily control Aspen's reactiveness. My only regret is that I did not find this harness before now. A big thank you to Duo Dog Gear and their team.

The harness is very well designed, very robust, and superb quality. It is the first harness that 100% stays in place on the dog, and the dog cannot use utilize some moving, flimsy harness for pulling or lunges. The harness immediately improved positive cooperation and contact between me and my 150lb Newfie! It helps with the training a lot.
My Newfie seems more confident during walks at higher stress situations like when passing groups of people and dogs. I feel so much more confident during walks, knowing that we won’t have sudden lunges towards dogs or strangers anymore.

First 2 times out have been great, instantly works for my heavy pulling heeler. She is so much better on a leash now! Quality appears to be great as well, Only thought I have would be to use cobra buckles for the harness clips.

My Duo Dog Harness are 2 years old and they are the best harness I have used. I have 2 Saint Bernard and they use to be a handful to walk. From the first time using the DUO Harness no pulling and it a joy to walk my Two Giant Breed dogs. Easy to use and the Company Owners' stands behind his product I had a shipping issue and the Company owner took care of it one of my harness was taken out of the shipping package prior to reach my premise. Duo made good and honored what they shipped to me. I highly recommend Duo Harness its for all dogs. Made It The USA what more can we ask for.

I train Dobermans. This harness is undoubtedly the best I have used in my 40 plus years of training this breed. The front hook no pull system works better then any collar or prong collar on the market. Pressure on the chest works better for control then pressure on the neck. And you won't damage the nerves that traverses from the neck to the rest of the body. I have used this on Dobermans that were completely out of control, and within the first half hour the behavior changed completely. The quality is impeccable and will last a lifetime. I would highly recommend this harness.

The Duo Direct No Pull Harness has exceeded our expectations. Our Newfoundland always sled dog pulls for the first half of his walk, even using a prong collar. The first time we put the Duo Direct No Pull harness on him he didn’t pull at all. He was calm and walked right by my side. He loves his new harness and best of all we no longer have to use a prong collar on him.

Took a chance on this harness after seeing it recommended on a blog I read. I have been dragged along on our walks with my 140lb Newfoundland for the past year. We had tried everything and it either made no difference or he literally busted out of it. This harness lives up to the recommendations! It is the sturdiest and highest quality harness I have seen. Love how easy it is to get on and off. Our dog still pulls, but I have much better control over him now and he seems pretty comfortable in it. And thank you Raj for getting us the exact fit we needed.

This harness is the bees’ knees! It’s sturdily built, low-profile, dang good looking, and has had a pretty immediate and positive impact on our newly-adopted GSD. USPS wouldn’t update, so I reached out and got excellent customer service! Where else can you find a US-made, high-quality and well-designed product with a great support crew? Well done, y’all!

The Duo ‘American Direct’ Dog Harness is by far the best investment in equipment we’ve made for our pup. It is sturdy, well made, and easily adjustable.

Our Newfoundland, Clara, has used the harness now for at least a year and we’ve had no issues.

When she ran after a cat and managed to (by some Houdini-esque feat) break one of the clips, I messaged the Duo-Gear team through this website and they offered to send a replacement part within minutes!

Great harness. High quality and is really helping the issue with my dog pulling.

This harness really is a lifesaver, especially when you have a giant dogs (Great Pyrenees/Newfoundland mix). I had multiple different harnesses before, but none of them were as well made, and most of the no-pull harnesses are super thin and flimsy. I like that this harness goes underneath instead of across-the-chest. Haven’t had any issues thus far and works nicely with a double-clip leash as well. Depending on the day and his level of reactivity, I’ll switch between the front and back rings, or sometimes I’ll use both, with the double clip leash. Wouldn’t be without one of these harnesses!

After being knocked down by my 150-lbs Newfoundland too many times, I decided to give the XL harness a try after seeing positive reviews from Newfoundland and St. Bernard owners. The harness gives me much better control over my dog, even when he's pulling at full force. Now instead of dreading walking him during the winter, I can be more at ease and enjoy our time together.

I just purchase the American Direct No Pull Harness for my very strong boxer. The harness worked flawlessly on my dog that is a very strong puller. When I put the harness on, she instantly understood the idea that she had to stop and walk in a controlled manner. The product not only functions the way it is described, it is very well made and will stand the test of time. Customer service is second to none. If you have a question they are there to answer it. The first harness that was sent to me had a twisted strap that did not allow the no pull mechanism function properly. I contacted them and they sent me out a new one immediately after I showed them the pictures. This is a great company that has great people working for them DO NOT HESITATE - BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
