Made to order
Every PRO is built after you order and ships in 2–3 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with your estimated ship date.
Fast dispatch
Orders placed before 12:20 PM PST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:20 PM PST ship the next business day.
Warranty & returns
Lifetime guarantee
Lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace breakages for any reason.
Returns and exchanges available for
30 days after delivery.
Must be in like-new condition — cleaned of dog hair, with no scuffing
or staining.
Returns are inspected when they arrive. Items that meet the condition above are refunded. Items that don't can be sent back to you, or repaired under our lifetime warranty if something has failed.
Custom builds — non-standard hardware or sizing quoted individually — are final sale and covered by the lifetime warranty.
