Measure your dog
Same measurements for Essentials and PRO. Two numbers: base of neck + torso.
Harnesses have a lot of room for adjustment. If unsure about size, use weight to decide.
PRO runs the same measurements in a heavier-duty build. PRO sizes start at SM — for dogs under ~20 lbs, choose Essentials XS.
Recommended for Adapt: escape artists, sighthounds, and narrow-headed dogs (Greyhounds, Whippets, Italian Greyhounds) — measure torso carefully, as long-bodied dogs often size up from their weight.
